From plant policy to a reasoned handoff.
Automation applies the plant’s reviewed criteria consistently. It does not create capabilities, make specialist determinations, or erase uncertainty.

Vardello starts with criteria the manufacturer supplies or approves: supported product and package configurations, service scope, run-size thresholds, locations, timing, and questions that require a named reviewer.

Buyer answers stay distinct from manufacturer-approved criteria. Unknown or unverified information remains visible instead of being converted into an affirmative capability claim.

Test the decision paths
Before release, representative strong-fit, conflict, incomplete, and specialist-review scenarios are exercised. The expected outcome, reason, and next action are reviewed—not only whether a form submits.

Publish with boundaries
The system returns qualified, needs review, not a fit, or incomplete. It does not infer food-safety, regulatory, process-authority, pricing, or live-capacity approval from category labels or buyer assertions.

Content and rule owners review source changes, sales questions, overrides, unclear submissions, and performance by page family. Material changes trigger review before the scheduled due date.

Four outcomes, without a black-box score.
Every outcome needs a visible reason and next action. A rule can route a submitted project; the manufacturer remains the authority on its capabilities and approvals.
A named operational, technical, quality, or commercial owner must resolve a specific question.
A submitted requirement conflicts with an explicit current criterion; the reason remains visible.
The minimum facts for the intended first review are missing, so the workflow asks only for those facts.
