Estimate your current workloadOptional calculator · Use your own assumptions
Estimate the time your team spends reviewing inquiries and following up on missing information. Start with the example below, then adjust it to reflect your process.
$900estimated monthly staff time cost for inquiries that do not meet your criteria
With these inputs, early qualification takes about 33 hours per month — an estimated $1,500 in staff time.
About 20 of those hours are allocated to inquiries that do not meet your criteria, assuming the same average handling time per inquiry.
How this estimate is calculated
40 × (20 + 3 × 10) MIN = 33 HRS · × 60% = 20 HRS · × $45/HR
This estimates current workload, not time or money Vardello will save.
Vardello brings project details and qualification checks into one workflow. Your team can focus its follow-up on the gaps and opportunities that need attention.
05BEFORE WE TALK
Fair questions.
01How do we ask prospects to complete it?
Include the link in your reply and explain that the details help your team assess the project. Prospects do not need an account, and packaging questions follow the format they select. Your team can still speak with them directly when that is more useful.
02Do we need to replace our website?
No. Your intake has its own hosted link. Share it by email, add it to your website, or include it in sales follow-ups.
03What if a qualification result looks wrong?
Submitted projects remain available for your team to review, including those marked Not a fit. We review the submitted facts and the criteria behind the result, then address the cause and check the change against your approved examples.
04What if the prospect does not know an answer?
Missing details stay visible in the brief. If a fact needed to confirm fit is unknown, the result needs review. A known conflict with an approved rule can still make the project Not a fit.
05Does it quote prices or reject prospects for us?
No. The prospect receives a submission acknowledgment. Your team receives the qualification result and handles the commercial response.
06Will prospects see our private minimums and qualification rules?
Prospects see the intake questions. Your private qualification criteria and internal result are shared with your team.
07What if our capabilities change?
We update the criteria and check the changes against your approved examples. This is included in the monthly service.
08Is our project information kept separate from other manufacturers’ data?
Submissions and qualification records are stored with access controls that separate each manufacturer’s data. Your team can request an export or deletion of its records.
